While we may identify participants by first name where appropriate, we will not intentionally publish sensitive personal information without additional consent. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, you may notify event organisers in writing prior to the event or inform the event media team on the day of the event. While reasonable eWorts will be made to accommodate such requests, CRC Cares cannot guarantee that incidental capture in crowd or public-event footage will be avoided. All media content captured at the event shall remain the property of CRC Cares.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting CRC Cares and the Run for Me event. Please note the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all ticket purchases and event registrations:

 

1. General Policy

All ticket sales and registrations are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Late arrival or non-attendance

• Illness or personal circumstances

• Incorrect ticket selections made during purchase

2. Event Changes

CRC Cares reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including:

• Venue changes

• Route changes

• Program adjustments

• Timing adjustments

Such changes shall not entitle participants to a refund.

3. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled by CRC Cares due to circumstances within our control, refunds may be considered at our discretion. Where the event is cancelled, postponed, or aWected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Public safety concerns

• Acts of God

• Strikes or civil unrest

 

CRC Cares reserves the right to:

• Reschedule the event;

• Convert tickets to a future event credit; or

• Determine refund eligibility at its sole discretion.

 

4. Refund Requests

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.

5. Processing Fees

Where refunds are approved, any applicable banking charges, payment gateway fees, or administration costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms & Conditions Acknowledgements

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily in this Charity Fun Run. I understand and accept that participation in this event is entirely at my own risk.

 

I further acknowledge the following:

Personal Responsibility: I take full responsibility for my own safety and well-being during the event, including any physical activities involved in the fun run.

Children and Pets: If I bring any children or pets to the event, I accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior.

No Liability: I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers, their partner organisations, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities,

damages, losses, injuries, or expenses that may arise from my (or my dependents’ or pets’) participation in the event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illness,

loss, or damage to personal property.

Medical Emergencies: I authorize the organizers to secure medical care in case of an emergency and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Make a Donatation

These are the items that can be donated at any time, because we constanly have new kids coming in and when a child gets fostered or adopted we give them a small bag of clothes that they can take with.
